the person who made the incest mod disabled his account, so you'll have to wait for someone else to make one. this game isn't meant to have incest, so making the mod for this is more complicated than just renaming some characters if you want the story to make sense.

I'm not usually one to kink shame but turning all the girls into insects is a bit much. I'm sure there's a few niche games out there that already have insect banging content. Maybe try those.
I was able to use the incest patch. first you have to start the game and make a save after you start chapter 14. then transfur the patch and start from that save
