What patch?
This isn't an incest game, there is no incest patch.
There is a mod that changes the story entirely but that's on a different thread as it's nothing to do with the actual game.
Don't know what others patches you could mean.

Cheeky promised a patch that fixed some stuff and extended some stuff. I've also been waiting for that patch before I close ep17 properly and move the game to my backup HD.

Use the MOD. That's what I'm using. If it's green then click on it if it's white you can choose either option without consequences. If it's red and white then choose the white of course. You don't need the walkthrough.

Why can't you play it without being told what you need to press? Keep a save and give it a go, maybe you'll enjoy it more? If not you can just go back to using a walkthrough or mods. Not trying to rattle anyone but that mindset of "I can't do it unless i'm told what is going to happen" always kind of baffled me. To each their own though i suppose, as long as your happy.
