Jenna/Jo throuple was never confirmed if my memory is correct though it's pretty much implied it will happen. With any luck we will be able to convince Katie to add Jenna to the quadcouple. Some of these women would never forgive a betrayal from the MC, like Monica, Jolina, Katie, etc. But there are some girls with a personality that make me think that they would react differently.
Wanda, for instance. She seems to have the personality of someone who would rather fight the other girls in order keep her boyfriend instead of dumping him. She wouldn't let him go easy.
