Oh don‘t worry, you are not stomping on anything. I‘m not do or die on any of this. I actually see it the same as you, that most of this is pretty much impossible. It‘s just wishful thinking on my part. Splitting K/D/L would go against everything that was established through the story so far and getting the money in all of these scenarios is just me being greedy

Personally the money means nothing to me... The MC has a private beach, a beach house, and a car. He can then be with anyone he wants and never allow his dad to dictate his life ever again. If the MC needs money and isn't ready to be tied down then he could sell everything and travel or go back to school. To me the money option proves that the MC is just like his dad, picks material things over love.

As for wishful endings:

I would like to see the MC sell everything and buy two tickets to Paris, allowing the player to choose who he surprises with the second ticket.

Or an ending where he goes back to school and lives in the beach house with love interest of the player's choice.

Or an ending where he severs connections with Monica, Katie, and Jenna for a year, has Debbie and/or Lily maintaining contact with them for him. And then after a year he earns 1 million, receives the deposit, and walks back into their lives. Perhaps by throwing a "Dad doesn't control me" party in a new house that he has bought after selling the beach, beach house, and car.

None of those are really out there I don't think. Maybe even a "MC becomes a fashion model" ending would be nice. He does work out.

Nah that would not take 10 years, might even be less as a 1 year if the funds are already pretty liquid to start with. It would be the selling off of assets that would take most time or he could take an even bigger hit as 25% on that.

Think either of the three cares enough about MC that they would be able to hold out for a year or 2. It is not like they are that interested in other guys anyway if MC shows interest in them. Also that would be if MC could not quash the will altogether (especially with a few million in his pockets and a law firm that would have a stake in him staying their client), with one of the three having had prior access his chances have improved by quite a bit.

True in my eyes MC would have a good enough start with the money, beach house and car he got anyway, but if Mc was a more devious bastard it would not take him that long to take control of the money and make it disappear for third parties and just hang out with Katie, Monica and Jenna with him having the money and nobody really being able to touch him or take it away from him.

Yep! Still needs to pay taxes on it which is why I suggested the idea of selling the property and moving into some place that is wholly his own. Personally I don't really like the idea of living in the same house that Don fucked Elaine and possibly the third gold digger in... Just would rather sell all of it, buy something that suits him better, save a bit of the money, and then go back to school. He could live on campus with Katie/Debbie/Lily (or all three) or Jenna... It would be a great way to ensure his father never influences his life again.

if Mc instead goes for the inheritance (which is possible with many of the secondary girls) it's not like we'll see him collect the first installment after ten years of observing the rules...

so in my opinion something will intervene to make the will "null and void", or at least not important (for example, find out Donald was bankrupt and his money well and truly gone).

They could do an annoying flash forward type of scene or scenes. Personally I am expecting one of those epilogues from 80's high school movies where they show a still picture of a character along with a short "what they did afterwards" explanation.

It would be cool if the next game they made was a "10 years later" sequel but the variables for that would be insane. Probably best if they just make a new unrelated game.

Eh, I don't see that as a true happy ending. To me a true happy ending is get to have the woman he wants, is happy, has a family and friends that care about him, and he has a house/home. The money could poison that and destroy everything.
