I wouldn't understand holding a grudge, wanting vengeance, or opting for the house even offline, let alone in a game. I wouldn't, even if the beach-house wasn't mine. With it being mine, it's all good - you have a place to live, and you can work to make a life for yourself. It's why the lawyer, father, and whole mystery storyline is quite a joke to me. Katie, and Jenna, and others wondering if you'd consider ending your relationship with them is hilarious. And yeah, I'm sure they will end up being justified in their own way. Theresa has a story, Wanda has a story, Zarah has a story, and Elaine's story may be sincere. The game is quite optimistic and melancholic in its view of human behaviour. The only characters which don't seem to have any justification for their apparent vices are Mabel and Natasha. Angel too, who I think is just as bad, but most probably wouldn't.Do you want vengeance? Do you think they could somehow be justified in their own way for the things they have done? Does it matter if so to your cold unfeeling heart?
Yeah, I still have faith in a harem of every single woman. It's where my heart is. Some will just be for sex, others will be mothers, and we'll live happily ever after.

Other than Monica, I'm not seeing all that much harm from these betrayals, at least not at this point. Sure, Bella obviously has some sort of agenda and Jolina is hiding something from us, but until we know more details we don't have much to complain about IMHO: we got the instructions on how to 'earn' our inheritance and it's up to us what we do with that information.
Now if it turns out, for example, that we misjudged Elaine based on things Bella told us then we might be rightly upset with Bella, but a) I'll wait until that's actually been revealed before I react to it, and b) I still wouldn't call that something that warrants "revenge." In most cases it means the MC wouldn't be friends with the gold digger after the reveal.
At any rate, the question is largely moot until we learn what the other will conditions are and how we might be able to affect them. I'm certainly not going to abandon Monica and the girls just to stick it to one of the other beneficiaries.

talking of revenge is certainly overstated, but not of strong resentment and complete loss of trust
Monica would certainly be the supreme betrayal, but Katie and Jenna would also create a major wound (theoretically, as they are beyond suspicion), but Debbie and Lily would also become difficult to justify if they should be in a relationship with MC, although in AVNs every last name is a mystery...
To a lesser extent, Zara would also risk much of her relationship with Monica, and consequently MC
the fact then that they possibly played dirty, that they feigned interest in MC for the money would only be an aggravating factor, but they would have already told several lies anyway, if it is not permissible to lose trust for that....
i am definitely sticking with Monica no matter what happens ............that little mommy roleplay they introduced got me hooked to her

3 cruel vengeance( lying that she is forgiven but waiting for a moment when she is most vulnerable and then stab her in the back)

I don't se how either Katie or Jenna could be Dizzy but I can imagine Monica being her. Of course it is something far fetched and unlikely but still possible.
