This is relatively fun, but this major gigantic plot hole is hard to accept...

What sick conditions?

And I think, if you actually have any idea of what you are talking about and actually understand law, every judge in the country (most of the world in fact) who had half an idea of their position, would indeed enforce such a will. Because the will has already been dealt with. Cut, clean and dried. Your new lawyer explains this to you.

Everything that happens after you 'inherit' the beach house, car and 100k...does not form part of any will. The will has been settled. For the rest of the estate (which does not form part of any will), all perfectly legal conditions to get extra. if not, the trust states...if no one wants to bother and/or meet their conditions (to get extra), the money goes to charity and the laws of settlement of a trust are not the same as they are for a will. In fact, they can be even more iron-clad and undisputable. The conditions of a trust do not come under a legal jurisdiction like a will does.

Again, nothing that the trust condtions state are illegal in any shape, way or form.

it actually would work (reasonably close) to how its described in the game, and yes is perfectly legal.

the will left the assets to a trust, the trustee either awards assets or donates them to charity. thats it, thats where the will ends. what is left is a contract with the trust that the trustee and petitioners can follow or not. the trust is financially obligated to adhere to conditions as that is how it nets the most from the contract, if they choose to ignore it the proceeds just go to charity.

the petitioners are free to try and claim assets or not. nobody is being forced, its all legal.

Can you turn the nerdy sister into a bimbo?. Would be neat to see how corrupt you can make everyone.
