An exit interview may be more of a white collar / professional vocation type, but yeah, it's when your manager and/or HR rep ask why you're leaving, if there were any issues they arent aware of, etc.

Obviously, only relevent if you're leaving on good terms and would qualify for re-hire.

If you're walking out the door saying FUCK THIS PLACE!, they generally skip it.

in most cases when devs turn avn-s developing into their "full time job" that doesnt end well...at least not for their supporters. fingers crossed (it doesnt turn that way) for cheeeky and WTHI.
Agreed, having to give up your IRL work for a game unless you are rolling in cash is not gonna end well, better to have slower updates than give everything up for the game.

Well... there's obviously an inherent amount of risk in giving up a salary job to become self employed, but I think that the freedom of being one's own boss is worth a try.

I've never had the proper skills to do it myself, and this is one of the biggest regrets of my life.

I think Cheeky has the needed skills, and what WTHI is right now proves it.
(And I think he made his financial calculations before taking this step)

So, all the best!

I don't know about "exit interview" but when you give your resignation letter to your boss, he can ask you what you'll do next. Same with your soon-to-be ex-coworkers if you have good relationship with them
mine was simple, I realized if I were to spend the rest of my life wearing a tie and dealing with bureaucrats i'd end up hanging myself with it. my boss was cool, his reaction was "take me with you!"

I don't get that mod sometimes.
It almost ended the relationship with Angel.
I saw green and continued, and she no longer wanted to do anything with him. except be friends.
Luckily I was able to backtrack and save the relationship.
The stats didn't say anything about relationship ending.
I'm not going to leave it like that for a later reconciliation for a who knows when update.
So I'll continue the relationship regardless.
I think it's a better decision in case she turns out to be the 3rd cougar.

I don't get that last minute decision of the will.
To keep the house or give it to Elaine.
If he keeps the house, can't he just let Elaine stay?
I mean she's twice his age and may not live long enough to enjoy it anyway.
So it makes more sense if he keeps the house.

Elaine's is a disproportionate demand on a boy who has little financial certainty, a house has an important value is not something one normally gives out of a good heart. But her request is precise, she doesn't just want to live there, and in retrospect she repays Mc for his gift. She will be 40-45 years old, leaving her the house until she dies is still quite a commitment...
