I don't think Zarah is ugly. Though she definitely looked better with long hair. My main issue with her is how aggressive she is from the start. That is understandable though. Despite previous statements, I don't think she's ugly either, at least not in a pure physical sense. It's always been her personality that's rubbed me the wrong way, and that's why I don't like her.
