1. The divergence will start from the 3rd update. Initially 1.5-2 month release time is expected. It will slow down as the number of paths increase. However I intend to keep the update time around 3 months. I plan to hire more artists once the current artists bandwidth runs out given we have enough support to sustain.

2. All the fantasies are listed in the initial posting under tags and planned tags. Each of these fantasies doesn't necessarily need separate routes. Many fantasies can share the same route. Sex is present from the initial release itself. If you mean cheating or NTR scenes those will take some time and will be optional. And there will be some teasing before that happen. However even without NTR/Cheating from FMC and MMC there will be at least one sex scene every update. It might not necessarily be between FMC and MMC, but between other characters.

3. Both options are planned. The first turning point for their relationship will be introduced in the next update. However I do not wanna spoil the story so you would have to wait for the release and see for your self. As an summary I would say that the FMC and MMC will start exploring different fantasies. Whether they explore them with each other as a couple, or with other people depends on player choices.

I'm here for the sharing/swinging aspect, so I look forward to seeing how you go about doing it. The trip to the bar/club where she danced with that guy was a decent start. I'm not a fan of Diana/William. The shoulder massage was kind of light. I hope when we get to share her, the MC has an option to join in and not just watch.
Sounds like you're mixing this and TAM

Not in the next two updates. But we have some characters that will be introduced in later chapters that have not been finalized yet. So lets see.
Thanks for the response. Hopefully it's a slow corruption with the old ugly bastard and not the typical dom sub relationship.

How does a trope become a trope?
Because the same few request the same shit, as far and wide as possible.
How does originality become full expression?
The dev sticks to his own ideas and expands them using HIS OWN creativity.......

URM and the choice descriptor are both fine, I play with them both by default and the "universal" part of the name is usually true to its word. It's rare that a Ren'Py game won't work with them.

More specifically for the game itself, I echo what some have said about ignoring the vocal few. Just make the game to your own vision, since you are the only one who knows what that is and what will fit/won't fit in with it!

If devs don't want people to make games instead of them, they should clearly say so. All I see is either Devs asking for ideas, suggestions and requests or others say add this, add that and Devs answering will see, we will add. I haven't seen Devs that upfront strictly say I'm making a game with my own story, characters and kinks. Either play my game or don't. Of course that others will want to see their type of sex, they aren't interested in stories.

I think the best approach is finding a balance. For me, it's about staying true to the core story idea—what made it compelling in the first place—while staying open to new ideas that can enhance it. As long as those additions don’t compromise the original vision, and they can add depth to the story. Sometimes great moments can come from ideas you didn’t plan originally, but that still feel right within the world you’ve built.

THe rationale of an "influencer"
Fine if that's the way you see yourself in the picture.

The main thing that drives game devs (who are not just in it for the milking of gullible patrons - have seen too many of those) is surely their desire to create their own unique take on genres of their choosing.
If all games were merely the results of cash-driven polls, there would be so few mundane same-same scenarios, and we might all just as well play the same ten games.

I am just out to encourage creative people to employ their own kinks, not others. To say that they don't have to follow the path of others to create something successful. What makes a great game? It's differences from the pack, not its similarities.
