This is a very specific type of scenario in my opinion. A few people asked me this question. I have not fully decided to be for or against it. When we are at that stage of the story if I feel like that flows with the narrative, then probably.

This is just for me, take with a grain of salt.... I find when 'cuckqueen' situations occur OUTSIDE a swinger context, they feel super unrealistic in games. Like they're a haremlovers fanfiction construction to make things possible, a plot device. Not saying there aren't women in RL who are like that, but it's a vast vast minority, certainly smaller than the % of guys who would willingly sit on sidelines.

On the other hand, in a swinger context, I think a lot more women would get enjoyment from their husband/bf with someone else. Swinger context meaning maybe the wife/gf already had her fun with another guy (or had the option to and turned it down), but is now enjoying watching husband/bf with another woman, not the above strictly asymmetrical setup.

if you take a look around in search, you can find a plethora of games that have the same titles as others, but what separates them all is the "fame" and "developer", the lack of "abandoned" tags, and just the sheer number of reactions that each title gets as post count. Obviously the better ones get better reviews as well. This will be what separates your game from the others, and where your hard work will pay off. As your style of development of paths and kinks gets more notice, so will this game garner further interest.
I hope I have quelled your interest in changing the name. I advise you not to do it, if the title strikes to the core of your vision.
