Apparently this game has different routes, with some of them having nothing to do with sharing/cuckolding. Like cheating, ntr, faithful. At what point should we expect for male MC to stop contemplating "do I want my wife to get some strange cock or not?". And actually express that directly to the scheming doc, instead of all the avoidant replies we are being offered. Because that wishy-washy attitude is getting tiring for players who aren't planning on following nts routes.

This not something a man contemplates for long. Either you like it or you don't. And if you are not into it, the reaction upon hearing it is visceral. Relationships have broken at a mere hint of a suggestion. The way he behaves makes his whole character very unrealistic and seems more fitting for a purely nts game. Especially in therapy scenes, where the obvious reaction of someone not into it, would have been to accuse the doc of being completely unprofessional for insisting so much. And this is a game that at least tries to be somewhat realistic in its build up and dialogue, so that part sticks out like a sore thumb.

So...

1. "We could go together sometime." == Sharing/Swinging/Hotwife?
2. "You should go." == Sharing, can turn into Cheating?
3. "You should go, but not with Neil." == Sharing, can turn into Cheating - but avoids Neil?
4. "It's up to you." == Cheating?
5. "I am not a fan of dancing, let's do something else." == Loyalty?

These choices does not look you into a route. It depends on other future and past choices too. The best way to see where these options lead to is to look at what stats change.
1. supports all except cheating
2. supports sharing more
3. supports sharing more
4. supports no routes (or all equally)
5. supports cheating ( you are only considering what you like, not what she likes)

but these choices does not lock you in to that route. Let's say you select choice 3. Sarah might still go with Neil (given Neil has enough relationship points) later in the game, making it cheating, although the original choice supported sharing. This allows for players to have a more corrupted FMC. A wife who already knows the husband doesn't like this person but still engages with them.

I don't think the therapist outright says to share the wife, but more on the lines to be more open. At those times where Dr Eva does suggest something like sharing, you have the option to disagree with her.
Also for logistic reason I have keep middle ground at early stages. That is also the reason why I did not allow Alex the option to leave bbq without spying on Jessica, even though thats something very possible. Branching the story that early will just make the game very slow without much progression.
Also even in the loyal route my expectation is that people will collect some stats like exhibition, voyeurism and some corruption cause that will allow them to explore some kinks like anal, sex in office, lite BDSM etc... with each other. Otherwise that route will be pretty bland.

If I have my way Neil will never get his hands on her, I just hope the dev doesn't force her on to him that would kind of ruin the game as so far we have had complete control of how their relationship evolves. I don't mid sharing or swinging but Neil is scummy.

It will not be forced. People interaction will be based on relationship score mostly, combined with other stats.

Doesnt have to be everytime but yes thats the idea. I am thinking (not implemented yet) if your relationship stat is at top 20% automatic acceptance to advances. Top 20% auto reject advances. Then the middle you get to choose. The percentages are not final of course.

ok so i played it. so far its the same. hotwifeing,cucking and open relationship...... same vanilla so far. mainly pointing the female into having a relationship with men either shareing or cucking. open relationship is simply binary. same story looking forward to see whats on the next iteration.

He is portrayed as having weird feelings that are not jealousy, looking at his wife interacting with other men. Not just being happy she wore something that shows more skin (that would have been pure exhibitionism that fits all paths). Her not saying "you should try cuckolding" straight up means nothing, precisely because he is behaving like that's what she did.

I get it makes for easier logistics, but the inconsistencies it creates are jarring. The dude is having novel feelings that are not jealousy (AKA cuckolding tendencies), looking at the cut bro talking up his wife, as his default reaction. But then the player who isn't into sharing, picks the option to go and interrupt, despite the character clearly shown to be into their perceived closeness...

After thinking back i agree with that dureing the GYm moment and a few others. the emotions on his face say yes with the options of his character saying no.plus the whole bad guy route with Neil is creepy. love the Emma add in cause she seems out of Neils possible reach since shes an intern. not sure what her role is. either a distraction or part of the plan. lol makes you look forward to what options are available. with jessica, thats something reality should know "Once you go black you never go back" its picturesc knowing that any girl whose had a bigger cock can never really FEEL the same way with her man if his isnt equal to or bigger than the others. there becomes inadequacy. which in turn may turn the relationship upside down.which why its good to have the option to op out of that before you become the the useless man that cant compare.
