Is the game still receiving any future updates/fixes in the near future? I noticed the creator was very active in addressing and fixing any mistranslations, or typos that were in the original release so I waited a bit so I could enjoy it in full without interrupting myself with patching something that might deter from the experience.

1.0.2.0 was the last major update and they stated it is the last planned major update for the time being.

They just released 1.0.3.0 and claim this is the final update and have formally announced they are working on White Album 2 Mini-After Story.

No known antivirus program detected any virus. it seems a false positive.
Translators have to change original files so it is normal to have few false positives.
