Kinda a poor choice of example, since by definition "snuff film" shows an actual murder. That's not a movie to be banned, that's Exhibit A at a murder trial. Fake/simulated murders in porn are still made and put online if you go looking for them, the difference is no one is actually murdered. Same applies to rape or a range of other things that would be illegal in most places like incest if it were real (though some sex tapes of the real thing can still be found when filmed in places like NJ where incest is legal). There's a big distinction between real and fake/simulated. Anyway, I'm done arguing, as you said at the end of the day it comes down to morals, which themselves are just matters of opinion what constitutes such, even when it's popular opinions.
