It does not matter how old a law is, it's still the law until it is changed, A law can be a thousand years old and it is still the law regardless if those who made the law are dead, you tried using that case when you mentioned rape being legal a couple of millenia ago but it does not work, even if you go back 4-5 thousand years you will find that rape was never actually Legal, it was just more socially and morally accepted until Laws were itroduced into civilizations, obviously not by everyone, Most people lived by the law of the land and had morals, as with everything there will always be those who are less moral than others, you are probably right about obsecenity cases in court being hard to prove especially in the USA, but the laws are still there, you talk about the internet and certain sites still operating after years, But what about the pirating site pirate bay, it took the law roughtly 10 years to get that site shut down, so that kind of reasoning has little bearing, It's funny how those who love freedom of speech and non cencorship of things love to alwways make exscuses for certain things and make arguments or try wording diferent to suit there narative, Like people use the word cartoon/game or porn instead of Visual novel to try to justify certain things shown in AVN's because of the diferent laws for different kinds of media and say they are more socially and morally acceptable now(diferent laws for porn/cartoons/games/animee etc....), It looks like you and i have a different mindset when it comes to what should or should not be in an AVN's, Its a very hot and a very sensetive subject, for me it's morally wrong to show rape/beatiality/sexual assault and child abuse(physical or sexual) if you want to call me a pussy or a snowflake then go ahaed i really do not care, we just have a diferent level of morality on what is acceptable, so for me this AVN is a definite NO, But thats just my opinion, you and others have your own, thanks for the talk, srtay safe and have fun.
If there was truly a law, especially at the federal level, that made depictions of simulated rape in media illegal, then the same moral crusaders that have enacted the bullshit 'gotta display a state id for age verification' in some states would be shutting down all of the sites and prosecuting offenders.
Fox News and the like would be crowing about this moral victory.
Also, actual hollywood movies and TV shows that have rape scenes would be illegal, but there are plenty of examples to choose from. They may be subject to the level of the explicit content they can show regarding penetration and age restristions, of course, but not the scene itself.

Irreversible has something like a 10min long rape scene where she is violently assaulted. The only thing not shown is actual penetration (but the same would be true for a consensual sex scene)
But from the IMDB page, you can see you can watch it on AMC+, Amazon, and various other streaming platforms.
Doesn't seem very illegal.

Well its the solution and i wish there is function for free member to write a message but there isnt one. so paying to him and tell him the message is the only solution , plus the reason that someone should talk to anekin69 is that people are now complaining and criticizing because of the male characters death including its slow development so I think anekin needs to hear and understand the reception then maybe change the lore to satisfy anyone or at least make a new game.

Kinda a poor choice of example, since by definition "snuff film" shows an actual murder. That's not a movie to be banned, that's Exhibit A at a murder trial. Fake/simulated murders in porn are still made and put online if you go looking for them, the difference is no one is actually murdered. Same applies to rape or a range of other things that would be illegal in most places like incest if it were real (though some sex tapes of the real thing can still be found when filmed in places like NJ where incest is legal). There's a big distinction between real and fake/simulated. Anyway, I'm done arguing, as you said at the end of the day it comes down to morals, which themselves are just matters of opinion what constitutes such, even when it's popular opinions.
Maybe the dev is a 1-man show with a day job and a family so has all of 1-2h a day to work on it? If so 11 months is impressive, some take that long just for bug and typo fixes.
