This game had so much potential but unfortunately was created by someone that has a feminization fantasy which totally ruined the game for a majority of the human population.

There are plans for a (male) character who is only available to 'romance' if you're Dominant. And then obviously there's plans to further flesh out different girls. I've been writing some super minor subplots (basically little plot lines with 3-5 scenes that *usually* don't have an effect on the major arc. Those do have different scenes depending on how you're playing the PC.)
I have settled the debt and at 2000+ submissive for MC, however femininity is stuck at 4. How would it go up? Been grinding for far too long, would I have missed something?

It's because you can opt out of it in game instead. There's a few "forced" scenes until you get the choice to opt out. Eventually this will be expanded into its own storyline where you counteract the hypno messages.
They are somewhat tied together - but are not intended to be. The idea is definitely to be able to avoid the "manly" gay scenes while still going down the feminization path.

That choice is guided by your level of Influence, not submissiveness. It's all a bit fucked right now, to be perfectly honest - and I've been working on revamping the system to be more clear and intuitive, and also give players better choices and options.

Did you shave your legs? It's on the "Inspect Self" page. That's likely the major hurdle.
I redid shaving and tried, it seems the pill event was not triggered before. It did this time. Got femininity upto 8. I presume that is the maximum for now. It was a tiring grind, as there was pretty much no new content. You may consider bringing the femininity increasing events based on pill closer than they currently are.
I think there are only 3 scenes as of now. One with a customer and two with the Secretary (Kate?)

Had a quick dekko at the file and apparently IF you've SeenSissyHypno2 when you hire the bartender you then get a CHOICE to show him the hypno video (presumably setting up a future path to sissify him). However, none of this happens if you hire him without having seen the video.
The JordanDrunk event presumes that (a) you'd seen the video before hiring Jordan, (b) you chose to show it to him, and (c) you've been servicing male clients.
