if you disable sissy content does that mean you can't turn anyone into one either? Is there a way to not become a sissy but turn someone else into one?

Yes. You can still get Cody and turn him into Candy - though it's questionable if you'd call that "sissy" or not, depends on your personal definition - and it's also not a very well-fleshed-out path right now.

got the same problem with windows extrator, but manage to extract with 7zip integrated menu tho.
Unrelated, but booth income seems off, as if income update only for new booth but not the old one (got 61¤ for 3, but it should be 63 or at least, a multiple of 3)

Known bug. Windows buit-in unzip utility doesn't see it as valid. Use 7zip, WinRAR or your extraction utility of choice.

Does maxing influence (up to 10) prevent the MC from being able to make certain transformations to their body using the robotic operating suite? My character has 1397 submissiveness and 10 influence, is able to change the size of their schlong, has regular dreams about having tits and being fucked in their pussy, but no more options are available to change their body. Femininity is 4 and since I hired Bruce as a bouncer, I got no more events adding to that score... I think in my last run in March, I was able to go much further in the MC transformation.
As a separate question, what would be the way to let Carl lead the MC's "sissification"? Are there more events than the first two (one where he complains about Becca's lack of submissiveness, and a second one where he demands that the MC takes her place giving head)? Or is Carl planned to allow for a future "forced" path, bot not quite so at the moment?

Can understand this game having only a pathetic 33 pages of replies. Has to be one of the worst games I have ever played. So poorly done with so much debt and hard to earn money. So much unneeded grind.
I assume you want to delete it. The way i managed was to use a third party file manager, in my case the one integrated into 7zip, to rename the file to a shorter name and then delete it normally.

I already deleted. Yeah, 7zip is great for that.
The developer should know better.
Most people have no clue and shouldnt have to know how to deal with stuff like this.

For those that dont know:
Open 7zip
Find the file with the long filename.
Right click it and select re-name file.
Shorten name and then you can delete it.
