Download the pack. Extract it into Whoremaster.06.xx.xx/Resources/Characters. (Resources/items for item packs).
For the girl packs, there should be a text file and a folder full of gifs/images for each. When put it in the Characters folder, ensure they are NOT combined into one folder.
In the Resources folder there are 3 variants of the interface of the game.
You need to edit the config.xml or use the Editor in Docs&Tools\Character & Item Editor
It also has a Tab for the game configuration but i personally prefer editing the xml with a text editor.
There are 3 parts with Resolution settings <Resolution
Resolution=...
2 of them are inactive
the one that starts with <!-- 16:9 --> or <!-- 4:3 --> is the active one
the other two start with <!-- and have the --> at the end of the settings
Simply choose the one that fits your monitor best and change it how you like.
I never had problems with buttons outside of the interface.
You can also make the game full screen that way.
I have sunk so many hours on this.
Instead of wasting time with the whoring aspect I just send gangs dugeon crawling and sell the loot, the game is not exactly balanced. Play it as a wayfu collector instead.
There's a Character & Item editor that comes with it and you can adjust screen sizes or go full screen. Double click on WMEdit and go to Game Config tab at the top

rebelliousness is a combination of love, hate, fear, obedience, spirit and happiness.
I'm not totally sure about the influence of each of the stats but each girl has an expected living standard, if you go slightly above that value, she becomes less rebellious over time (obedience, love and happiness rises a bit every turn, hate drops).
the small diamond is her expected value.
There is a large number of items that you can use depending on your playstyle.
A lot of Whoremaster is roleplaying, so if you want to be a rather devious master you can feed her brainwashing items
or if you prefer to be more nice a few expensive gifts raise her love to you.
There are a few traits that are problematic, Iron Will and Audacity are the worst.
But usually if you can live with her refusing to do her job sometimes, you can ignore these as well, just give her expensive flowers and maybe a love potion (if you have some) and get her to love you and keep her happiness high and she will not run away usually.
Torturing girls in your dungeons may lead to them running away (totally surprising) if they are stronger than your guarding gangmembers or if you do not have a gang on guard.
But it is an effective way of breaking the more rebellious girls if you want to play a more cruel master.
Playing a real cruel master is not really working for everything in the game because if you want your slaves and servants to work well, you need to keep their happiness high and tiredness low (but a bit of torture until they are obedient does work).
A happy, loving slave is simply far more effective than an abused, overworked and hating slave.
It's in the config file, but you can also do it easily with the WMEdit.8.32 program included with the download, it's in Docs and tools/Character & item editor/ and then just open the application under the "game config" tab there is a check box on the right hand side to below the header "display settings".

You can tell, my game is a labor of love.
It is mostly gifs, and mostly accurate to the scenes. Decades of porn collecting.
One day I *may* actually give up my files if I ever feel satisfied with what I have.
I have tried keeping things simple 5-8 gifs each for profile, maid, escort, combat, etc
It is easy enough to find celebs shopping...
Try finding Jennifer Aniston combat gifs or Margot Robbie farming...
And I have ecclectic tastes; simply keeping it below 200 actresses is hard enough
If you don't have a problem with using the unbalanced parts of the game to your advantage. It is not exactly cheating because it is in the game but still unbalanced.
How i start my games (usually):
Recruit Gangs with decent stats in fighting and magic and let them recruit members until they are above 10.
Tell them to go into the dungeon and change the setting slider in the gang interface to 100% items.
Check your items every turn and sell them in the shop. Keep every item that gives a girl the incorporeal trait.
There are a lot of useful items and it all depends on your playstyle if they are useful to you or not. So when you got a bit of money, stop selling all items and sell only those you don't need anyway.
Buy the upgrades for the gangs in the gang interface (Heal Potions, Nets, Weapon Upgrades) and activate auto buy so you don't have to check that ever again.
When you have some money from the selling of items, buy a few girls in the market or change the setting in the gang interface to make the gangs also hunt for girls a bit.
Set one or two gangs to "Aquire territory" and also one of your gangs to guard duty because there are other criminal overlords in the city who do not like you.
Territory / small businesses are the requirement for buying more buildings. First you want the Arena.
For every girl you bought or caught make sure you have some kind of mindcontrol item, like "Brainwashing Oil" or "Greater Ritual of Domination".
You can use a "Ritual of Domination" as well but that has some very negative side effects so combine that with for example "Scroll of Trancendence" to heal the girl of that.
Send them to train in the Arena to increase all the skills needed for dungeon crawling and when they stop training because these skills are max, give them some weapons, helmets and armor you found (not exactly necessary but roleplaying is fun) and most importantly an item that makes them incorporeal and put them into a Brothel and set their job to Explore Catacombs for both shifts.
Incorporeal girls can't lose fights in the dungeons so they are not hurt and/or raped and get you more loot, beasts and new girls.
Maybe you want to see them get raped, then take the incorporeal items away but it is not a good idea in the long run.
You can't change the % settings for the girls in game but you can do that in the config.xml
This is my example, while i'm item hunting, so capturing girls is set to 0 for the current moment
Your groups of girls going into the dungeon can be very successful so if you want to avoid a huge flood of new captured waifus every turn, you should change the standard setting (33%, 33%, 34%) to more useful values.
The difference between gangs and girls for that job is, that your gangs have a lot of other useful jobs and you can only have a limited number of them (increases by 1 for every Brothel you buy) and you can have far more girls doing that job.
Someone said in the game forum that intelligence plays a role in the items the girls find in the catacombs but i don't think that was ever confirmed by one of the people developing it.

The most fun in the game is for me training all girls to perfection (or close) using all the special buildings that you can buy.

Some of the decriptions of the job events are pretty good though.
These usually take traits, stats and also equipment of the girls into account so there is a lot of variety there.
For example the Escort Job has a really large number of different outcomes depending on the girl doing it.
And also some of the interactions you can start with the girls are also really nice to read.
