I really think it's because although there are people who like NTR, they are a minority compared to those who like other genres. This means that, of all the people who know how to translate manually, there are only a few who take the trouble to translate this type of game. Either because they don't like the NTR either, or because they may not want to risk the acceptance that the title will have. And so, it only remains to resort to the MTL.

this is one of the worse games I've ever played between the stupid as fuck quiz and the fact that the black hair girl has zero scenes there is no point playing this. go play something were all the the main girls actually get scenes and the game doesn't make you take a test for you to find out they couldn't be bothered making content

depends when the game is good, has a good story, good characters and its not just a cg gallery we do get good translations. its just that most of ntr games are boring copy paste "games" that should just be a cg gallery.
