I don't think game is meant to be played in fullscreen and at your native resolution.
I also don't know how did you even managed to make the game fullscreen because I don't remember a setting to make the game play in fullscreen. Try to play it in windowed mode @ 720p resolution or lower.

Many here said that the game has a virus, others said it's a false alarm I didn't download it because I don't have a PC I play on my cell phone so I can't say if this virus is real or not

I don't think the creator would put a virus in the game but nobody prevents someone from putting a link to a game with a virusMe and the boys purposely spreading misinformation
