Why so few games with "normal looking" people?

When starting the thread I was fresh out of FILF, Milfy City and the likes and had to slowly transfer my brain to a more petite human apparition.
Like you suggested the li'l sis games at least had women that looked a bit more average in thingie size.

There's a big difference between good looking and naturally well endowed vs (highly improbably to impossible without extensive surgery) when it comes to body proportions. Personally, I agree with the op that I would much rather see realistic proportions. I don't know where all these devs live, but when I walk outside I don't see women walking around with basketball sized tits or guys hiding baseball bats in their pants.

can say in my city (in france), 90% of the girl have B size cup and flat ass.
witout racism, only the old women, the "fat" women and the black woman have bigger ass and tits.
but if i base with what's on the games, i'd say most of theses girls (if they were real and lived in my city) would have B cup tits and small ass.)

I didn't like the preview pic of bonehead but after reading through the comments I decided to DL but it took a while before I actually played it since the grind of Room for rent took weeks.

Well there's a difference between attractiveness and body type though. In fact if you take it to the extreme I find it less appealing. I don't mind if a girl gets a boob job to give herself a boost of a cup size or 2 (regardless whether it's real life or in a game) but if she takes it to ridiculous extremes I find her less attractive, not more. Same goes for muscles on a guy. If I could just pop a pill and look like Mr Olympia there is no way I would want to. Those guys look like some sort of science experiment gone wrong. Bodybuilding used to be about asthetics. Now it's just about size.

Your game is actually a good example of one that uses characters that are good looking but still realistically proportioned. Sure, they all look like models but they all have physiques that anyone could get if they ate right and worked out. No surgery required, with the possible exception of the ceremonial teacher. She might be too thin to have boobs that big without a boob job but IMO she still falls into the plausible but well endowed category rather than the mutant category.

There's a reason most actors and actresses are better looking than the average person. There are exceptions for the ones who are unusually good at acting but otherwise most people would rather have the eye candy (for both men and women). If you look at the models and actors that wind up in whatever the latest "sexiest man/woman" editions are though you generally see well endowed but plausibly proportioned women in good shape and guys who look like they might be right on the edge of what's possible without steriods.

I guess for me it comes down to whether it's a physique that most men or women would actually aspire to have themselves if they could vs something that looks like it belongs in a comic book. In fact ironically movies based on comics are a great example of this. I think if you take a character like Harley Quinn, most women would look at her in those booty shorts and think they wish they had an ass like that. Most guys would look at Aquaman and wish they had a physique like that, however unsustainable it might be long term for most people. They're targetting an ideal that most people would like to experience themselves if they could. Once you go much farther than that most people would look at it and think that just looks wrong and wouldn't actually want to look like that themselves.

The average tit size in the UK is 36D which is quite large, 34DD in America.

I'm an A cup and I struggle to find bra's due to them stocking larger sizes because smaller tits are quite rare around here. Those of you looking for those "normal" sized breasts must all live on tiny tit island because large boobs re the norm.

In DAZ it's not easy to make realistic models/pictures even if you want it.

There is still lack of realistic clothes in DAZ. Most of the DAZ clothes borrowed from fantasy, sci-fi or high society world. The models faces and bodies borrowed from ads or movies. The poses borrowed from ads or cheap porn.

If you want to achieve something realistic in DAZ you need to invest lots of time to customisation of everything and there is still the big problem to find realistic assets-props.

Many, many years ago the average breast size was smaller, now small breasts are a rarity.

No one have tits as big as what this person is referring to, specially not if they are skinny unless they have done some kind of surgery to get bigger breasts which i wouldn't call natural. it's because devs made game with their own tastes. And it's not a surprise that most people on earth prefer the "standardized" beauty other anything else.

standardized beauty as "miss universe" and so on that always have shown fit women half naked, and never showed nor even i think it's possible to subscribe, a fat lady in bikini.

Every single représentation of "beauty" show a women that is standardized on that. Marilyn Monroe (wich is absolutly ugly without mekup btw), all thoses Miss competitors, Top model of fashion, singers, actors etc etc.

People are brainwashed with standard everytime. That's simply why it's very rare to see something poping out of the fog with "normal" or "non standard" girls in it... or guy. (i mean, how many games use a guy with small dicks that is a hero loved and not a NTR victim or such? except mine... hm hm, i bet you can count them on one hand's fingers.)

Yeah I agree. I personally don´t like games where the characters look like blowup dolls or have unrealistically huge body parts. But I would also add the question of why so many games use the same models, because that´s also a turnoff for me.
