Anyway I tried again this morning and was unable to get the files to "merge" just "copy" themselves inside of the previous contents folder. Maybe another user for MAC can tell me how I have done this wrong?
I hope I can play this soon. But from where the sun now sits, I shall fight no more...forever.

I just ask our kids what's hot. Sometimes I even get a relevant answer from them. I like Ogg Vorbis too, but prefer FLAC. And I do like vinyl records and have enough grey beard and hair to do so.

That is exactly what I did. I just duplicated the folder inside of the other folder.

Hold down the option key before dragging the folder to the location you want to merge. By that I mean first press option key and keep pressing it. With the option key pressed start moving whatever you want to move.

No, neither of us own a MAC.

I haven't owned a MAC since the Apple II series... don't wish to turn this thread into a PC vs Mac, but dropped owning an Apple/Mac and went with PC because it was easier to get software... Switched from that to a PC JR and never returned, or looked back... hell, I don't even own an iPhone.

This is just like when writing a story (or game) it WILL end up with shit blowing into a fan. (To blow further shit into the fan, OSX is just a pimped licensed BSD, and Windows 10 is designed from Digital's Tru64. But more brain damaged).

Our kids are adults. So everytime I or their mother gets near their living quarters we warn them. It's more than 18 years since changing dipers on them. Sometimes they still need their dipers changed though, but it's mostly because I can scare the craps out of them when we play Unreal Tournament.

We are talking about some things I Won't mention yet but it isn't actually ours to implement in the story.

Driving Our Way to the Finish Line – Update (August 27, 2018)

Hello everyone, just wanted to provide a quick update to let you all know where we are at in the production of the final chapter of “Wicked Choices: Book One” before jumping right back into it.

At long last, the MC and Syrina has finally made it to Janice’s and she is already working the MC over… this week I will be working on putting your sister-in-law and William in their place with the help of Syrina and then will need to do the appearance of Karma in the story.

So many sets that I hadn’t anticipated had to be created or heavily altered for the last chapter of the game, but I think you are really going to enjoy September’s release!!

Remember, it isn’t the end… it is only just beginning!!!!!!

I don’t have an exact ETA on the release yet, as I get closer to it, I will certainly let you know, but it is going to be another BIG release… which it has to be, since it is the last chapter for “Book One”, so I’ve been tying off some threads in the story, making some new reveals to both you and the MC and have all of you looking forward to the start of “Book Two”.

Thank you for all of the support, the patience and the great messages that you’ve been send us about the game, you have all made this much more than I could possibly imagined!!

Here's a torrent file for anyone that wants/needs it. The link I provided earlier is a magnet link, so if your client can't handle it, you should strongly consider updating do a newer client. My personal recommendation for windows users is Tixati. It is free, consists of only the program (no ads, etc), and has a native version for both 64bit and 32bit windows XP though 10 (and Linux if you use the gnome desktop or have GTK+ installed).

Also, please don't leave only me with the burden of seeding. It's better for the community as a whole if there are as many people as possible seeding: faster downloads for new leechers, lower bandwidth burden on older seeds (currently, it's been pretty much only me which is fine but not optimal), stronger anonymity for leechers as not all data is gathered from one source, and fault tolerance should a node need to reboot for some reason (windows updates anyone)?

Yes sadly you would have to download all the patches up to 0.5.2.0


X_x That's how the mac user who tested it explained it to us X_x Don't know what went wrong there.... Hmmm did you try to download the "small" full version 0.5.2.0? It's just ~880MB so it could be downloaded in one go and then you'd only need the patch 0.5.2.1.... Android is even more crap in that regard, they don't allow "updates" of that kind, they only allow the full game to overwrite the old, if I removed some parts of the game in the "update" it would remove it in the previously installed base game too... absolutely horrible X_x They ALWAYS have to download the full version all over



Yeah my brother bought a mac once... two years ago or so.... weeeeelllllll.... he sold it two months later rofl Sorry that it's that difficult for you to set up the game.... Good thing, next version is the last for book 1, so it will be in small chunks downloadable which ends up being one file So you can either wait until the real next version gets released (v0.6.0.0) or you can download the small sized full version 0.5.2.0 and try to copy the contents of v0.5.2.1 into the installed game....



Just as ASLPro3D said, it should be fixed with 0.5.2.1, did you get this error "after" the update? X_x

Resistance is futile. That's why Apple has bootcamp, as a way to run a full fledged Windows installation.

This is actually something I havent tried out yet. I'll look into it and try to write a generic howto. (I mostly use the main computer with MacOSX, of various flavours running as a VM, under Windows. Dont flame me about this). Though I wish the day had 48h at least right now.
