I think the game is worth playing.
But it could use a good amount of rebalancing, polish, and maybe a closer look at mechanics for things like hunger and fatigue.
Survivalist rape island sounds like a great game concept to me, though.
Stat bloat is bad.
The ideal is when anything can kill you, no matter how lowly they are or how well equipped you are.
I don't feel any sense of threat.
Creatures should roam.
And Aggro range should be 3x as high, and they should have triple that range for probability to investigate sounds or movement.
MC shouldn't be able to sprint indefinitely, should fatigue from jog/sprint to walk/jog at 50%; and movement shouldn't be so comically fast.
MC should be able to Sneak to reduce probability of drawing attention with movement doing the opposite, and mining/chopping/combat/etc. doing very much the opposite.
Lack of sleep or food should be detrimental.
A realistic way of handling sleep/food would be 10point bars for both that equally influence health/endurance regeneration with 0 for both dropping regeneration to 0%: 5% for each point of either.
Sleep and Food drop to 0 in a day.
Sleep fills it all the way up and food can be gained from 1/2/3 point value foods.
Food should not be able to be consumed while fed.
I like this game, but there's a bit to do before it feels like survivalist rape island.
