After your character gets knocked up and gives birth, you can create a Research Table and use the baby you gave birth to, to create a follower, which you can then have sex with.
Thus was born the tag of this game having Incest.

Incest? How, isn't this about fucking monsters? Unless... You can fuck whatever monster you give birth to...

Pretty much what you just said, but there is another step involved.
After you give birth, you need to use a research table to craft a summon from your baby, then you can fuck the summon/follower.

Man I feel like it's been several release cycles and animations just never play with the correct alignment.
Seems like using the 'staff' is able to fix this, but defeats the usage of dialogue sex.
Also, the speed adjustment with KP + and - will only effect the speed of one character.
It's been like this since I first tried this game ages ago. Horny game needs horny fixes.
