Its felt like most of the mechanics are bugged. After I fell into some house and couldn't get out, I realized that it needed more fixes.
I thought I was making a lot of bugs

Have you tried using the Gofile links? They tend to be pretty quick downloads for me and it allows me to download fairly large files. I downloaded this game (16GB) from there in about 20 minutes or so. It could just be or where I am located at, but it has been a pretty good site for large downloads.

Gofile is definitely the way.

I ran into an issue with the ESC and TAB keys, as well. But, it was only when I interacted with one of the townspeople to buy something. I played for about 3 hours before I ran into that issue, but didn't have any problems with either key until I tried buying something.
The only thing I can mention to try (if you haven't done it already) is to delete the WickedIsland folder in the appdata\local folder.

I'm not exactly sure what I was doing, but I don't think I was talking to NPCs. It also happened again and it was post combat. Might be random inputs contradicting each other and this is the outcome.

Speaking of combat, have you noticed any stamina management issues? I don't really have issues with bugs and such, but one issue I do have with this game is stamina management. We start with +1 regen same as HP. As you progress and even eat food products you gain a lot of stamina, but when you do this +1 regen stays the same and ultimately makes things slower as your stamina increases capacity and you fight harder enemies and bigger mobs of enemies. But this isn't a bug, its just something overlooked I'm guessing (hoping really). However, I was expecting something to change in that regard with a new update, but instead there is a bug now that takes your stamina as you click the mouse to swing a sword or punch with fists. You can see this easiest with unarmed combat because you can only do a two punch combo then you wait for a moment before you can do it again. During this time you can still be clicking the mouse and it will take away your stamina. This means when you are trying to combo with swords its eating up stamina between sword strikes if you don't time it perfectly. Even if you are very careful not to overclick the mouse it still seems to eat more stamina than previous build. I tested it on one of those mazes with three minotaurs and it was a mess. Took about 15 minutes to kill them just waiting on stamina to regen most of the time.
I can deal with bugs and such, but even aside from this bug if stamina regen doesn't get any love soon I'll be sad. Its quite possibly the only legitmate complaint I have with the game.

well if i wasn't a cheap bitch i would pay mega and get more bandwidth but fuck that noise .lol gofile tells me high traffic and to wait or pay them either way people are trying to take my money ....So yeah i will wait im up to 15.04 of a 15.30 dl so i was right about midnight .... oh well more time to practice the guitar

For gofile I have several anti trackers plugins on my firefox, and when this happen I usually just have to refresh a couple of time before being able to download.
But heh, to each their own I guess !

I have started having that Esc/Tab issue randomly as well. No idea what is causing it, either. I had first encountered it after trying to buy something from a town NPC, which is why I had mentioned that. It is a pretty annoying bug, but not the worst I have seen in this game.

As to the Stamina issues: Oh God, Yes!
The +1 stamina has been like that ever since the skills and stats were reworked. You used to be able to gain some stamina regen, but after the skills were redone ... +1 stamina is all you get. It was still pretty manageable before this update.

After reading your comment, I hopped back in the game for a bit and it looks like the Dev picked up a BAN hammer, wrote NERF on it and swung it hard at Stamina.
If you attack, pause, attack, it costs you 5 stamina per swing.
If you attack, attack, finisher move, it costs you 5 stamina, 10 stamina, 10 stamina and if you are spam clicking the attack button you can nuke your entire stamina bar trying to get a single attack chain off.
It gets even better when you look at the various food that boosts stamina. They have all been cut by 50%, so instead of 90/80/50/40/30, it is now 45/40/25/20/15. (Fish stew 90/45, Berry Pie80/40, Carrot stew50/25, Bread 40/20, Grilled Fish 30/15)
I might be mistaken on this, but I think the stamina buffs on light armor was nerfed in half as well. It used to be 100ish stamina, now it is about 50ish.

If this is all 'prep work' for adding in stamina regen, that's great, but if this is just a 'let's make combat harder', it's kinda crap.

It sometimes aligned, sometimes not for me. I think the male animation direction and female animation direction get checked at different points of time so if you move around a lot trying to run away you're almost guaranteed to end up misaligned, but if you stand still and receive a beating you're guaranteed to be aligned.

Anyway for some reason in new update boob/ass physics changed so that everything became extremely floppy and now my tits fly behind the torso like twintails or something while the glutes extend and flap around like tentacles. I heh'd for a minute and closed the game.

I like the premise, but somehow I doubt it will ever be completed. Also, this made me realize that Funcom must have used premade assets for Conan Exiles (the UI here looks like Conan Exiles beta).

What are the chances someone already discovered this and reported it to the dev on discord? I don't want to believe this is on purpose. I just can't. I like your idea that maybe its an attempt to rebalance. Maybe its was released with haste. Maybe someone had to take a shit and hit "send" a little too soon. Please let this be a shit scenario.

Also the ESC TAB bug... I talked to Isabel to start her quests last night and immediately after I had this bug yet again. So I think there is some truth to your idea about NPCs causing it as well. It is annoying alright.

If you use masturbation to trigger sex scenes they work correctly. All except one minotaur scene and all of the dragon's scenes. However, if you trigger sex via dialogue or if you get beaten in combat it will usually be wonky even if they happen to line up. There are two different versions it seems - one that has been cleaned up and one that hasn't.
Also if you start sex via masturbation your cum inflation will only last one round. But if you start sex with dialogue and keep doing it your cum inflation will grow every time you have pussy sex and takes a while for it to fade. Meaning, you can get really big this way if you persist.

you can use your building plan and build platforms to get out when you get stuck that is what i do
