If you mean get Bree, as in as your slavegirl, then no. Bree is a natural submissive, so she needs a Natural Dom.
If you mean interactions, then you can increase your Hypnosis Level over time by using Hypnosis more and return to Bree once you have increased your Hypnosis Level.
If you want to get her through cheating, give yourself the "dominant" tag via player.add_tag('dominant') in the Renpy Console or through a mod.

As Vimey said above, you do not switch character type, you become both at the same time. If you also added the hypnotist tag, you would be all the primary player types at the same time. My cheater player type mod gives you the cheater player type, which is essentially all of the player types mixed together and then boosted.

Regarding Amy the Avalon Lady: no, not beyond the potential seduction (for Playboy) or Hypno (primarily for Hypnotist, but in theory for everyone if you can raise your hypnosis level fast enough).

Regading the waves: No, you can select any 3 potential clients for any wave (besides Wave 0 - the intro wave - which is technically limited to only Ivy). The waves are determined by the player's Reputation. So to go from Wave 1 to Wave 2, you need to have gained 1 Reputation (you start at -1 in the intro wave and gain one reputation regardless of rejecting or training Ivy, bringing you to 0 reputation). This means you technically have 3 attempts to gain 1 reputation from clients each wave. If you fail all 3 clients in a wave there are alternatives to gain reputation, but if you do not manage to gain reputation after a certain amount of time you will get a game over.

Now I'm cheating so she can be available and I can meet her at her home where I can hypnotize her. I triggered the catch phrase and I'm able to have sex with her at the club.

You can take Gloria in one of 2 directions, Event Organizer and Personal Assistant. As an Event Organizer she will be unavailable to you since she will be busy hosting events at the club, BUT there will be an event every 4 weeks in the Club on Saturdays I believe it is. As a personal assistant, she can assist in training clients, such as showing how to do sexual acts.

You've probably accomplished some of these steps already. If the option doesn't appear when I imply it should, go to the next step.

1. Go to Tammy-Lynn's room. Check on her. Discuss Becky Sue. Tell her you want them to get closer.
2. Talk with Becky Sue. Tell her to be friendlier with Tammy-Lynn.
If she doesn't respond well to that request, it means you need a stronger relationship with Becky Sue. If it's not strong enough, take Becky Sue on a couple dates, and go a few days without disciplining her or buttfucking her (unless she enjoys it), and then ask again.
3. Talk with Becky Sue again. Invite her on a date to the bar. The more the merrier. At the bar, encourage Tammy-Lynn to grope Becky Sue.
4. Go on another date to the bar with the two of them. Encourage Tammy-Lynn to seduce Becky Sue.
5. After these events, go to Tammy-Lynn's room. Check on her. Discuss paying the rent.

Somewhere between 800x1000px and 1000x800px, 1000x1000px works as well. The gamae will try to auto scale any images you use, at least as far as I am aware.
