Been a minute since I actually played the game, but I recall that she loves her husband so much that she won't leave him even under the influence of hypno or transformation training. You can get her to have threesomes with her daughter and blow her son, but she won't leave her husband.

Technically yes, but you have to manually add the locations, characters and items to the game via console commands and manually add all the actions to the locations, characters and items. Depending on what mod it is, it is probably more trouble than it's worth and I would just starting a new game with the mod.

Yes, it is technically possible for Donna to leave her husband. It was added in 0.7q, but requires a fairly specific set of choices during training.

Can a client be both, a girlfriend and a showgirl?
Or if we use a transformation potion on a girlfriend, to have them become a showgirl, is their girlfriend status preserved OR removed?
edit: since showgirl is just a job. i mean, Rae for example: girlfriend that works at store. why can't she be a girlfiend that works at stripclub dancing? BOO
edit: I see in her .rpy her 'if donna.state == 5', I guess I can just look at her isntances that increase that, and just target them when I'm playing.

Yes, you should be able to manually readd her, but you have to manually set all the tags, variables and actions. I would say it is way more trouble than it's worth, but it is possible.
I haven't tried it, but there is an ingame guide to create mods. You have to select it when starting a new game (Mod Guide).

As Guntag mentioned,there is a Mod Guide (Mia), but it is VERY rudimentary.
If you want to learn how to create a mod for this game, look at the clients in the core module, then basically replicate that.
It should also be mentioned that your new modded character only affects new games.
