Yes, you should be able to manually readd her, but you have to manually set all the tags, variables and actions. I would say it is way more trouble than it's worth, but it is possible.

I haven't tried it, but there is an ingame guide to create mods. You have to select it when starting a new game (Mod Guide).

As Guntag mentioned,there is a Mod Guide (Mia), but it is VERY rudimentary.
If you want to learn how to create a mod for this game, look at the clients in the core module, then basically replicate that.
It should also be mentioned that your new modded character only affects new games.

stuck with jasmine was unable to make her an exhibitionist at the end of her shit. Trying all the steps to make her gf. the downtown follow ends with three options. If i try to get touchy at the end of her show I fail. I get the message. (If she got used to maing more of a spectacle of herself, she might not be so adverse to the idea of doing so with you) But how tf do I get her to do that. The public streetwalker whoreplay path won't trigger from the follow events unless she is working as a Showgirl at the Club. So talk her into doing that first. Otherwise seeing her Downtown is a dead end.
Once that's sorted, from faded memory there are multiple different 'outcomes' when you follow her Downtown. Each one gets progressively more flirty and exhibitionist-y. But I think you have to cycle through each of those different follow events multiple times for her story to progress. As I recall it's a bit of a slog because she only even appears to be followed once a week (or you can only do the event once per week). You also have to get her to do lots of dildo shows at MC Home, so that you eventually get to a point where you've gotten her to be touchy-feely in public and she's dildoing herself for you and Showgirl dancing, then you start visiting her at her home, and eventually you do sexytime-bangbang stuff.
