Kinda weird how every new version is non-save compatible. I wonder if they'll keep this trend well into the development process

The thing is this Renpy version is just a playtest version. It wasn't even supposed to be released to the general public.
However, it was.
This is a port from the old Rags version and in any port that has a lot of content, there will be bugs.
The reason for the "incompatible" saves from version to version, as of now, is because of the changes that are being made to the base game.
Eventually, there is the possibility that there will be work on trying to make saves compatible.
There has even been some talk of trying to combat this. Please give the Devs some time.

There are multiple endings possible for each client, and most of the minor characters. So it's a little tough to support the idea of a 'walkthrough', as there might be two or three routes available for everyone. Just remember to stay consistent with your choices to progress a certain route for each person.

I think there's something broken there. If you ask her to strip the first time (and her stats are high enough) she will strip out of either her regular clothes or her lingerie (if you've given any to her). After that, every time you ask her to strip she tells you "No way, José" and that's that. Which is a bummer, because I seem to remember there are sexy time events post-stripping that can help progress her (I think down the Bimbo path).

Now that you mention it, when giving her a dildo and have her use it, nothing happens. Didn't try with the newest version though.

There was a bug in the earlier playtest releases where there was no sex toy training for Donna; you could gift her both items, but selecting 'sex toy training' just froze the game. Starting with I think the 'd' release you can get her to play with the toys (and vegetables!) on subsequent visits once you've loosened her up a bit.

Elsa has a femdom route but sadly she isn't currently available to train. Lauren has some Lesdom stuff worked into her training as does Alexis the PA I point out that it's LESdom because the distinction makes a difference to some people taste wise

I've never played the RAGS version but I know that Elsa is fully working in it so yea it should have what yer looking for.

As mentioned, Elsa has a pretty large amount of femdom and optional cuckolding content in her post-training actions. There are three more plotlines I can think of where the player can sub.

- Sam the Barista has a plotline where you help her try out professional dom work; as part of it, you can offer to let her practice on you.
- There is a complicated way to get Hannah the Principal to dom you out of revenge once and then optionally findom you on an ongoing basis. I cheated my way into this, as I simply couldn't seem to figure out the real chain of events.
- In the Ren'py version only - I think - Lauren's secretary Sophie can dom you lightly a couple of times and then go on to optional findom content.

Femdom isn't really the focus of the game, but the amount of it already present gives me hope that the devs will continue to add it in where they can. I can think of lots of places in the existing game where it would make sense, but they are limited by available photosets.

Thank you for elaborating for me femdom is kind of an antifetish for me so i actively avoid it but in the pursuit of being helpful i pointed them towards what I could glean from sifting through the 00core pics I just didn't think about the minor characters. I've done all of sophie's (laurens receptionist) content tho and nothing in that tripped my antifemdom alarm at all

that's a known issue I brought it up myself a while back. It also happens if you try to train her as a teaching aide after taming her. Even if you avoid it and she stays in yer room if you have gotten her into anal beforehand she will randomly "come over" for (literal) booty calls even tho she lives with you lol.
