Hmmm? Naturally it is a full romance with both Sharing/swinging and NTR off. It is also possible to have a full romance route with swinging/sharing on.
Yes, you can also avoid it if sharing and NTR are on, but you need to choose a bit more carefully than if were only on the full romance paths. Important, never use the hardcore mode, because there all is stacked against you, you will loose if you enable it.
But on normal sharing/swinging and NTR it is avoidable.

What do u mean hardcore mode? How do i enable this? I did not see any toggle for this or may be i just forgot since i just continue from my last save.
Hi! There is a special hardcore mode, which can be enabled at game start. You WILL loose the game, everything is stacked against you, it is a mode for hard NTR players.

I would also add that to avoid NTR while still having it enabled, you should choose the profession that gives you better stats, not the one that gives you ability to spy on your wife. But if you choose the spying profession, then to avoid sharing your wife or having her cheat on you, you must NOT do any spying. Spying can more easily lead to sharing (if you have a good relationship with the wife) or cheating (if your relationship is bad). If you do not spy, nothing bad happens, not even behind your back.

Choosing the "Spy" ability is not as restrictive as you make it to be. For new players you are absolutely right, they should not use spying much or at all to avoid NTR. Later on you have to be "strategic" in your use of snooping, spying only on specific events, like the Valentine´s day date, then it is no problem.

Well, I definitely enjoyed having a romantic relationship with Rae but I've bent the "no ntr, no sharing, no looking, don't even THINK ABOUT IT" thing to the breaking point. So, no NTR, no sharing, backed out of joining the cult, refused to help them when they asked me to do some hacking after our bank accounts were emptied. Now all of a sudden I go to pick up my wife from work and Davis is there and they are talking about getting rid of the leader of the cult and ME taking over!
I have had ZERO interaction with the cult. Didn't join, didn't help and now Davis wants me to take over the whole show. Attention passengers the captain has turned on the "fasten seat belts sign" as we head into a logic hurricane. Next scene I have sex with wifey in front of our body guard to win him over... or whatever and now... now I'm stuck in a nothing loop (after the "ending"). Skip week after week but I can't spend time with my lady ("There is nothing to do with Rae right now.") and if I go to work I get "An uneventful day passed at work".
The MC and Rae's love is so powerful it broke the Ren'Py engine! They agree to start a family and had sex at the dance studio. Happiest ending ever!

Just saw the new changelog for 0.87. Unsurprisingly you are now working on the ending events of the paths where Mei got pregnant. Looking forward to play the different versions, depending on who knocked Mei up. You, Jamal or by group. In the group breeding case including you, I would give the love/sharing/swinging players the option to choose who is the dad or will it depend on the stats? (as I already asked inan earlier post )
I am also curious how the pregnancy paths will end generally, considering how the non-preg paths go on in v0.84. And the epilogues! But those will need some dev time more.

Hi! Currently no major branch of the game (be it Kati/Jamal, Lee/Davis or Lisa/Bernard) is finished/concluded! The furthest developed one is the Kati/Jamal branch, where currently work is done on the ending events. With epilogues to follow later.
