Does anyone get the file is imcomplete right immediately the file download done? I lost patience for doing this 3 times (6 hours bro)

Yeah the 2 month update cycle is kinda silly if there's so little content. They do release another smaller update one or two weeks after the "big" update so maybe there's at least some stuff there but it's rather disappointing, especially when most of the animations are focused on Max and Maya. Don't get me wrong - I'm sure there's a demand for that as well but in my book Wild Life is nice because of the more exotic content like, you know, the anthros. There's plenty of goold old vanilla stuff to be found elsewhere.

I do get that they're currently working more on the actual game but I also have little interest in that.

I need more minotaur/Horse/Rhino stuff for sure

I have a feeling this game is gonna end up like Breeders of the Nephelym, where they are gonna rush the sex scenes make up a half assed story just to say there is one, updates come out every 7 months that are just bug fixes or add almost nothing just to claim its still under development, I really hope it's not the case and hope they really do something but its way too ambitious and to this day every single super ambitious game I've seen have not been half of what was promised, and most of those weren't porn games, but ima still hope it ends up good because I don't be praying on peoples down fall

it makes sense actually, since Maya/Max are planned to be the main playable characters. So it's just right that those characters get most animations. You may get less animations for Human+Lizards/Kerpali as a result, but It's safe to say that kerpali/kerpali animations are at the end of the food chain.

No difficulty on my side. Are you sure your disk space was enough? If you have your hard drive set up to shrink the disk space I'd suggest to reboot the computer and make yourself sure the system is cleaned before running the download again and avoiding any other use of the disk space till the download is done.
Also be sure to have at least 50GB of disk space after the download is complete, in order to unzip the file, else it's gonna go wrong the way you mentioned.

Where is the 27gb I see the game is 13gb?

14GB is the result of how the compression [the compression rate should be slightly over 40% of the actual size of the game] of data work in a zipped file as zipped file. I recommend to have a 50GB of free disk space, as I mentioned in a previous comment, to unzip the file after the download is done. It sucks but that's Windows' fault [not the developers'].

I'm not sure if the final game will have Max as protagonist but that's seems the case, unless they give us the chance of playing Maya. In any case you can be anyone in sandbox, female or male, human or karpali. I'm not a particular fan of Max myself by the way. In the sandbox I chose the Cannibal

Sandbox animations were extremely low priority this cycle because there was only one animator working. Regardless, they're going to be lower priority anyway because you aren't going to see them in the campaign.

The holiday affected the content of this release.
