You can't yet, the story is only like 10 minutes long right now and that's their justification for not having one. Being able to save customized characters would be nice though.

You can - and the customization will be applied the next time you summon that character, even if it's in another session.

Really? I've customized characters, quit the game, and started it back up later and all my edits were gone. Do I have to turn off the option in the settings that says something about default clothing?
Thx! Alt+0 work for me(I have vive). IMPORTANT: It work only in game, not in main menu!

I don't think so. I never touched that option myself. I just go "Intercourse Settings" > "Custom" > [pulldown to select character] > [making custom edits] > "save." Works at least for Maya and the Minotaur, those are the ones I have customized.

You are missing the Visual C++ runtimes, I don't know what exact version you need though.
I should have the last version and still doesnt work , even when I simply put the needed file in it doesnt work

It's a pretty subjective thing I suppose, but I'd say Skyrim with sex mods is damn good these days. There are tons of well made smooth animations and body replacers, so you could build your own lewd Skyrim according to your preferences and desires.
