No offense to those "map creators" but none of them have any value, I've downloaded bunch of them, "played" them for like 10 minutes, got bored and never "played" them again. You know what? Honey Select 2 has more gameplay than Wild Life. It also has a much better scene creator than WL. And it was released back in 2020. Honey Select 2 was advertised as a sex sim, meanwhile WL is advertised as an RPG(ROLE PLAYING GAME).


I can give you hundreds of them because in the end all of them are games because you can PLAY them, not just put some npc's on an empty map then WATCH sex animations without doing anything.


Wait a second, do you think a game having mod support and an active modding community is a bad thing? Lol, I've played atleast a few of illusion titles. Majority of them are better games than WL. AI Shoujo in particular even lets you build your own buildings etc and it actually has GAMEPLAY, not just building but also survival.


Subverse is a better game than WL because it has actual gameplay. WL is not even a game, it is a glorified sex animation viewer. You start on a map, place a few structures, place a few characters, let those characters play sex animations and then you WATCH. There are no gameplay mechanics, game part of this RPG doesn't exist. Infact RP(ROLE PLAYING) part doesn't exist either. Games made with rpg maker like Karryn's Prison has more role playing in it compared to WL.

Honey Select 2? Not bad, but Illusion games have a generic hentai art style that hasn't changed since Illusion's very first games. On top of its shitty cum mechanics (i.e., a COMPLETE lack of fluid animation from its cumming, which is probably a function of its shitty engine which isn't UE4/UE5 hohoho) AND its lack of monster on girl porn, its scenes have less spread, less variety, less fetishes catered to (+ very generic sex scenes). You can lump AI Shoujo in there as well. You'd need 10000 mods if you want to improve it; ain't nooooobody got time for that... WL as a scene viewer has camera controls, new scenes every two months, has its own texture mods ongoing, can make own buildings and scenes, etc.)

The patreon page makes it VERY clear that the game is in development (i.e. it WILL be what it says on the tin once it's finished) and they post their progress reports publicly. You can also download a free, albeit outdated version of the game to see what this is all about. They're being VERY transparent about their development process and do not hide the fact that most of the gameplay elements are still missing. With all these informations at your disposal you know exactly what you're getting, supporting them and afterwards claiming you have been scammed is quite frankly only possible if you're mentally handicapped, sorry.
