This is a known error and has been macgyvered earlier in the thread.
TL;DR if you get 'xinput1_4.dll' error, make a copy of 'xinput1_3.dll' in 'C:\Windows\System32' and rename it to 'xinput1_4.dll'
They changed it up, it looks less hardcore now.
But Ikarus45 if it bothers you that much why dont you go tell them and ask if they bring the old version back?

every single person who downloaded and play this game do it for fapping on beautyful chars. nothing else.
they are others AAA games where you can fly and fight. so obviously people came here for what is missing in theses games. the freedom to fap
would be honestly dumb to buy a pc just for enjoying a way to fly, hunt and explore environement in a porn game , but not the porn itself LOL
I actually know of people who spend more time just flying around than fucking in this game.
And for good reason, the flight system is by far the best of such systems any game ever come up with. Like seriously name one game where the flying feels as comfy smooth and dynamic as here.
The majority of the content is still the H animations. So of course most people will play the game for that.
Agreed. I wouldn't build a PC just for the porn games. Not worth it in my opinion. But we're going a bit off topic with that.

i guess if that dude is a actual pro rigger like steve... have as much crazy computer, softwares and equipment as them... and a team of 7-9? people, each with their own professional knowledge including director and marketing guys..
well yeah.. guess its easy.
but unless you already a AA-indie team , i doubt anybody else would reach the level lol
( i mean... few minutes or hours.... hmmm... :/ )
i m not sure the 80K is a requirement tho. they were already going beserk at 20K, pretty sure the 80K is more like a nice bonus for them at this level XD

Build 2019.12.18 used to run at MAX settings at 60fps lock on my Ryzen 5 + 3200mhz dual channel ram + gtx 1660
current build 2020.02.28 gives fps drop in many places (40- 60 fps with frame-drops)

i m mostly around 25-35fps all around, only a bit of loading sometime that goes down to 20fps and if i put all the chars in same places i get lock around 17-20fps.
it still pretty smooth and playable. (setting not at max obviously, but still pretty nice with small AA but high textures and details all around.)
i suppose the recommended setting must be inbetween your config and mine. and minimum must be my config but with a lesser GC and maybe 8Gb ram.

So, i tried downloading the latest build but the game doesn't start at all for me, does anyone know what could be the issue or how to fix it?
I tried updating redistributable and deactivating Windows Defender in case it was blocking it, but nothing changes, game just doesn't start and gives no errors. My computer isn't strong at all but i can't tell if that's the sole reason and if it means i'll never be able to play this

Thanks for the interest but it seems i was way off the mark, the game wasn't launching because for whatever reason some files went missing in the extraction. I just re-extracted and it does launch, although only to get me to 5+ minutes long loading screens that eventually crash. Now I'm using the UE4 prereq setup in case it helps
Anyways it's a potato laptop, 4GB ram with Intel i5-7200U core

You can try to use one of LowSpecGamer's many guides for making unreal games run on potatoes.
Wheres the GPU? Using an integrated one? If yes then you would be lucky if it even gets to load, let alone play with humane fps.

Now I'm even getting errors, specifically one about UE exiting because of "D3D device being lost". From what i gather this is possibly due to the GPU working too long and getting reset by the registry, which makes sense considering the long loadings. I'll try playing with a few settings now but i guess it's otherwise hopeless
Is there by chance an older build of the game that doesn't run on UE4, or a more stable older version of it at least?
