i keep getting a runtime error but when i redownload the runtime dist and install it says i have it already , the error i get is vc runtime 140-.1. dll not found any help is appreciated thanks

Did you try a repair install of the runtime when it said you already have it?
If you didn't then try it. You may have it and still be missing files, windows being windows.

win 10 ill try that thanks just weird cause all my other games work just fine edit : nope downloaded the dll directly and already had it in my syswow64 and 32 bit folders restarted pc game keeps saying its not there , ill just wait till next release try again

Steve posted this in the Discord a while ago:

" if you get the error "VCRUNTIME140_1.DLL" after installing from the launcher, you need to goto the file path below and install the UE4 Prerequisites

C:\2020.09.11_Shipping_Test_Build_2\WindowsNoEditor\Engine\Extras\Redist\en-us"

how can I save in this game, is there something I need to do first so the save option open to me or what??

is there a way to stop it from going dark for like 30 actual rl minutes at night lol

I know you can change the time with the arrow keys. Either left and right or up and down. (one changes the time, the other changes cloud cover)

There might be a way to stop the time cycle entirely but I don't remember off the top of my head. Look around in the different settings menus.
