What graphics card or cards are you using? You may have to go into the settings of your graphics card and set it to use the GPU instead of the internal on that you may be using for this game.

Sorry guys if this question is stupid, I'm not very knowledgeable about PCs... I'm considering buying a used laptop to try the game… I see on steam the recommended GPU is a GTX 1060… if I used a computer with an older GTX 670mx, would the game not run?

The page just won't be public until the game is actually approved on the site. Something to note is that it's important people label the game properly. We all need to stick to naming it either WildLife or Wild Life when uploading so that if the game actually gets approved the mods are directed and can be found under its proper name and Nexus staff won't have to go correcting things.

(need to make an account first)I'm actually hoping enough people here flood Nexus showing interest in support for NSFW games that they approve the game. I mod Skyrim and Nexus is just a good place to keep track of everything. It also already hosts some NSFW mods, so it just makes sense to also support NSFW games imo.
Also, just in case anyone is wondering, what's considered a mod on Nexus ranges from something extremely simple like ini, xml, text, reshade, etc, to larger mods that actually require scripting and whatnot. So sharing sandbox maps, props, character presets, etc would be fine. Anyway, hope people here actually vote and start uploading. There are other porn games that would benefit from this too like Illusion games(Honey Select, AI Shoujo, Room Girl, etc), Karryn's Prison and any others.

If you're looking for various maps, poses, characters, and other in game created content as well as guides and imported meshes. This discord is what has essentially replaced that link you mentioned.

I believe your laptop would really struggle even on lowest settings with a GTX 670mx if it ran the game at all. I'm not sure the card meets the minimal requirements for UE5, could try checking Unreal Engine site.

You won't be able to get to the main menu, the game will either not be able to launch at all, or will crash/hang before getting to the main menu.
A GTX 1650 isn't the recommended requirement. It's the minimum.
When it says minimum like this some people with slightly weaker graphics cards can sometimes get away with playing the game, though might experience severe performance issues.
However in this case;
The minimum recommended GPU is 3~4x more powerful than the GPU you mentioned.
Unfortunately, I'd say it's impossible.

Latest version UE4 - everything works fine.
All versions UE5 - looks like shit. Empty sandbox maps, low performance, blur textures etc.
But hey, now we have Lumen!

If UE5 version looks bad on your end it's probably due to bugs. Blurry textures might be due to not enough VRAM. Performance definitely sucks though. What GPU do you have? I know texture issues happen in other games when VRAM is being eaten up.Latest version UE4 - everything works fine.

Assuming your hardware clearly isn't the problem here;
The map was changed to a new in-progress map, that is much smaller and more streamlined which is making much better progress than the previous map which was far too large.
You may be noticing the temporary placement props and textures, which are there just as a guide to the devs to know where to put things.
Example:
Dev is making the map and decides "I want a little nature area here with a small pond, trees, bushes, flowers, maybe some frogs jumping around. But I can't do that right now, let me place some default untextured prop trees here as a sticky note to myself and the other devs, to build that area here later."

If you are experiencing texture loss in default sandbox while building your own map or viewing someone else's. Then there is indeed some sort of issue going on in your case.
