On average, most non-rpg video game stories take a little over a year to conceptualize and finalize. Wild Life has entered full production as of this update IIRC, so they must be three-quarters finished with agreeing upon the story idea before starting the script

I have had a black screen instead of the menu screen for every build after september. And when deleting appdata files along with reinstall don't cut it, then I'm like ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ "Maybe in the next version, huh." But to no avail, the game still doesn't run.
