Could be a lighting bug, or running out of VRAM. If it's VRAM, just lower some graphics settings. For lighting, if you have the setting Global Illumination set to Lumen then try changing it to Screen Space, since for some reason Lumen raytraced lighting bugs out a lot (aside from taking a ton of VRAM).

Otherwise, it's something wrong with the textures that I wouldn't know how else to fix except redownloading the game.

so can anyone tell me if content is avoidable (gay for example)and if the beastiality is male human to female animale too, because im tired of seeing the tag for beastiality and then male protag only for the MMC to get cucked by a dog etc, or having the male animale fuck the MMC..

This is just furry on human, not actual bestiality. And pairing wise it goes both ways, human male on furry female and furry male on human female.
Additionally all sexual content will be avoidable. In fact, you as a user will need to actively engage with it in order to get that content. So if you see something you didnt like, you pressed the buttons. You controlled the character. You chose the dialogue options to get you there.

How to play the old map where you play as Maya and just walk around in the wild life area? The old Sandbox map doesn't have any models at all, and no characters.

Why is the Mega upload a different size to the other uploads?

My initial thought was that it's in GiB, not GB, but the numbers don't quite match up either as 15.89 gibibytes = 17.0617576 gigabytes

Download the UE4 version of the game, that's the only way unless someone basically brings the map to UE5's sandbox.

Guys i cannot add any custom meshes. I load the usermesh, choose the fbx or obj and nothing happens.

What specs?

The UE4 version should run okay anyway, and you still might be able to run UE5 version if you turn down the graphics settings and run it in DX11 mode depending on your specs.

As far as I know, the voice acting for dialogue isn't in the game yet but will be there in the full release.
