Would be great, seeing this map, to have more models for tree, rocks, and grass. And more building models: right now except the fantasy ones, the others aren't exactly good.

With the addition of empty characters for any skeleton does this mean that u can use a character for any other´s animations? regardles if it ends up being broken.

UE4 version did seem a little sharper, but that's mostly because of how UE5 handles rendering compared to UE4. Also the UE5 version has problems of using more VRAM, which will cause a lot of stuff to look more blurry at least with textures, but that can sort of be fixed by lowering graphics settings.
As for current updates on UE4, that's sadly not possible.
most likely you will be able to import models as a mesh and then slap them onto the empty models
Aka slap a Hulk Model over an empty Grok/Flint Skeleton instead of having to use sandbox editor morphs to get the Hulk's face and physique right

Specifically what is this? I'm assuming it allows you to set facial poses different from the preset ones for the purposes of screenshots? Or does it mean It will randomly cycle through different expressions or you can opt for different ones in scenes?
Lets say you are doing a Maya x Bol anim. Like the rough missionary one. In that one, Maya's face for the animation is her wincing due to the roughness. With this update you can change that face to her being either bored and uninterested, an ahegao face, or her laughing her ass off. You are able to use the face pose presets and eye tools from the poser in the actual sex scenes now. This has been like THE feature people have been wanting since day one cause some positions and animations are great but the face during them isn't what you are looking for for screenshot or video purposes. Being able to put lovey dovey faces on all the rough scenes or putting teeth clenching and annoyance on all of the softer ones opens up a world of possibilities.
