Can't you make the main Male characters dick bigger like the Rhinos lol? I don't care for the furries. I like fucking the Females with big cocks as a human, but he small compared to the Rhino. Or, it would be nice to just adjust the size in a character creation menu.

And clearly you haven't payed attention to the development, nor payed attention to what is already currently in the game. There is a sandbox mode, and then the story mode which has sandbox elements but isn't a sandbox.

Yes, there is a very powerful sandbox with almost limitless possibilities and a very active community on our discord that you can join to help get you started.
The story mode is in development and features two player characters (Max and Maya), half a dozen factions/towns, well over 100 NPCs and many hours of main quest and side content in the open world. Romance options it features around 20 romancable NPCs per player character of varying complexity and content.
