If you're playing the story mode, it is currently not very optimized. It is also running on Unreal Engine 5, which is more demanding than UE4. There is also a lot of the game world that is still in blockout phase, and as such might look bad because it's not fully implemented. As for other stuff looking bad, most of the time it's from running out of VRAM, which the main way of helping to avoid that is turning down settings that affect it such as textures and shadows, but primarily not having enough VRAM will make things look not so good. 8GB VRAM is pretty much minimum spec needed.

Also, if you haven't changed the lighting setting, called Global Illumination, I recommend changing it off of Lumen which is the raytracing setting. Even if the 3050 can do it, raytracing in this game is too demanding until optimization has been done closer to when the game will be released.
My old laptop only had about 2GB vram current one have 4GB dedicated and 20GB shared vram, the problem is I played the every mod but it still look like an old game graphics are soo law res and edges are not smooth and when zoom out it look blurry, but in my old laptop it work really smoothly... I can't figure out what causing this...

I think changing the settings work now it's far better than before, I change the DiretX to vulkan and turned off the Lumen like you said... Thanks....:)

Is there still no story mode in UE5?
why would unreal engine 5 have a story mode?
or are you asking why they haven't finished the story of a game that is still in active development?
actually why would you even ask that when they've kept posting updates about what it is they are working on?

Those system specs seem alright, you should be able to run the game quite well, even in the currently rather unoptimized state.

Like Steve said, perfectly fine specs you have. Probably medium settings is my recommendation, though probably turn off Lumen if you play story mode.

-The problem lies with the materials already piled up for each object added, and there's no deletion of these once the object is removed????

-Besides, the problem is justified because loading an object map, for example, will call up far too many identical materials for each UV.

-The game's polygons collide, and the hidden parts represent far too many. I select "on Blender, for example, when the meshes are under the ground." The same goes for the grass, you'll see some underwater...

-The landscape lowers your FPS because it's not automatically generated... yet it's easy to do?

While chatting a long time ago, I already mentioned the problem with materials; it's been reviewed... but

The idea of having inertia parameters is also interesting.
