I can't reach any of 4 trackers listed in that torrent file, all give either timeout or unreachable error. I couldn't find any peers through DHT either. I wonder what's wrong.

Half of trackers you listed has no DNS entry, the rest times out from my part of the world. Even for ping.

Nevermind, It just turned out that I need to ditch kTorrent. It worked great in the past. But that's past...
