Just a heads up for any sandbox level creators out there. Although the new build adds new prototype shapes like half round tubes, you unfortunately cannot go through the holes of the new shapes. Idk if this is a design flaw, or if it's intentional, but no, you cannot make archways with the new shapes (sadly).

downloaded the torrent for the 2nd time already. When unpacking the archive, CRC error at the end. Was it for anyone else? And how are things with unpacking?

If this game ever stops being just a sandbox id be super down to check it out again, I guess it's easier than making an actual fullscale RPG like they seemed to allude to with the prologue but it seems like such a waste.

So it's still just an animation viewer?

I wish the animation talent in some of these projects would get together with some of the gameplay talent in other projects. Some of the text based games have the best gameplay design while the 3D ""games"" tend to barely be games at all. Even the rpgmaker games do a better job of actualy gameplay than most of the 3d games.

So much effort gets put into animations and I feel like it's gonna end up wasted on "Go here and do this extremely boring quest then go here and do this boring quest" in the most uninspired gameplay design ever instead of being used in something actually interesting. Meanwhile text games like DoL are balancing very well balanced needs and time limits baked into gameplay that actually produce a proper roguelike style of sandbox game but without any real art or animation talent.

I feel like because all the artistic-focus developers have completely different priorities to all the gameplay-focused developers the result is that none of them end up working with each other because the time they spend is in completely different online circles.

That's because porn games aren't meant to be like any other game imo. I don't know about you but I play them for a reason and that reason is not their gameplay. I'm not against gameplay but if it has more gameplay than porn it fails being a porn game and I lose interest in it veeeery quick. If I wanted to play a game for its gameplay I'd play any other genre than porn games.

The animations for this update was okay. However not sure if it's an isolated case but I keep getting frame drops when zooming in on sex scenes. Idk why.

Also tried the sandbox editor for setting up scenes. Damn it works great. You can even scale objects in a specific axis. Is an artificial sun possible? (was working in the showroom) Hopefully we get more objects to tinker with and camera control guides when setting up scenes (had a hard time figuring out how to dolly, I thought it'd be like working on Autodesk Maya).

Will definitely buy when it gets released on Steam.

About an hour in storymode demo and about an hour or two to get familiar with sandbox and after that - depends of your imagination.

I hard disagree, there are better vectors for porn than games, I would be much happier if games just included erotic and adult elements than if the games were focused solely on delivering porn to the player. this game had potential with the game systems and RPG elements to deliver a fun futuristic survival RPG and narrative, instead of just an animation viewer.
