I don't know what the contents of that video were, and since it's been taken down by YouTube I can't check, but it's probably a better idea to upload it to Pornhub or Xvideos instead. Less risk of it being taken down because it's a porn game there.

They are working on it, and they have been for quite some time. It doesn't just happen over night, especially with only a small team of people.
As said, they are working on it. There is one quest in the game right now that you can try out if you want. And there have been bits of lore and story published throughout the years that this game has been in development. I think they may be developing the quest and story bits separately from the sexual content that mostly dominates the Patreon releases. Mostly to keep the Patreon crowd happy.

Yup, I believe there's at least two different teams. One works on the sexual content and small things like bug fixes and improvements that we've been seeing, the other is working on the main parts of the game -like quests, crafting/building, combat mechanics, etc- in the background.
