You don't have enough VRAM for ultra settings. An RTX 2050 with only 4GB of VRAM can't handle epic settings.hey my texture is kinda blurry how to make it more detailed,my settings are in epic and why is the water and tree looks so goofy
my specs :16 GB ram and RTX 2050 4GB

I would recommend mostly medium settings
-view distance: high, maybe could get away with ultra in sandbox
-anti aliasing: med or high
-post processing: high
-shadows: med
-textures: high, ultra makes such a small difference but a huge jump in vram use
-effects: high
-foliage: med
-global illumination method: even with a raytracing gpu I would recommend screen space. Raytracing takes slightly more VRAM
-depth of field: turn off for performance and gameplay, turn on if making videos and taking photos
-motion blur: same thing
-heat distortion: same thing
-volumetrics: this effects how smoke and similar effects are rendered and interact with the environment but is heavy on the gpu, and I would recommend turn it off
-virtual shadow maps: I haven't noticed any effects of this with quality, but turning it off improves performance by a lot
-show character fur: fur rendering is taxing on the gpu, so choose the setting you want, but it may heavily impact your performance
