Try running the game in DX11 mode. To do so: make a shortcut to the exe for the game, right click the shortcut and go to Properties, then in the text box named Target add "-dx11" to the end without the quotes.

If the problem continues, try turning down your graphics settings, starting with changing the Global Illumination setting from Lumen to Screen Space or off. As for other settings after that, it will depend on your computer specs, but for the most part nothing should be on ultra, keep other settings at a max of high.

Messing with the 'bone controls' lets you change the shape of a given character. Tutorials should exist on the discord.

I really like this game, even the campaign gameplay, although that still needs a lot of polish. I know that the blame is entierly on me and my specs but I wish that they would have sticked to URE4. I could barely run the campaign mode in the last update at every setting on the lowest and low screen resolution but now with the current update it's litteraly unplayable. Also, I really hope that they add a lot more sex-minigames, using the editor mode is fine but not the best for me. I'm not trying to make a machinima for pornhub, I'm just jerking off lol.

Ehh, clothing mods are boring, let me know when you find out how to control the belly bulge morphs in animations to add them to all existing animations and exaggerate so they are actually noticeable always (or when you figure out how to add custom animations) - then we're talking. Wouldn't say no to custom models modding either. But honestly nothing will make me happy about this game now, as long as they keep postponing finishing the story, it will just be a boring sandbox like Illusion game (until they go bust, although knowing dumb supporters with deep pockets, they'll keep supporting it as long as they do Star Citizen).

Did you disable nanite and lumen as well or just general quality settings like shaders/shadows/textures/models/post processing settings?
Indeed what game lacks now is what made it quite fun in early demos - story and sex mini games with nice progression, not just single scenes within the sandbox.
