I think that Wild Life game is as close to bestiality as possible while not crossing the line where they couldn't defend their statement that it is not bestiality.

And
Run UE4PrereqSetup_x64.exe
This should fix your issue, if it doesn't reinstall Visual C++ runtimes from Microsoft site and update DirectX from same site

I can't run this game with any decency anymore. My GPU absolutely disagrees with it. I have an Nvidia GTX 660 of 8 years old it's even surprising the game starts and I get image at all (at 3fps sadly) I'll pick up on this game again when I've upgraded my GPU to better specs.
