The combat is a lot more advanced than Wings of Roldea and can be more challenging (combo system and other special attacks vs RoD's simple 1 attack + equipped magic abilities), and also has lewd attacks that can happen mid combat.
Not much on the dress up side compared to WoR but you can also wear whatever outfit unlocked without worrying about stat loss just like WoR.

Also has preg but unfortunately it's very limited and is mainly just CG end scenes.
Has a quest list + a basic hint of what you need to do for the active quest. It doesn't exactly hold your hand, just enough info on where to go.
Though, the gameplay is not as keyboard+mouse friendly. Still playable, but a controller may make it easier (combos).

On that note, I think the way equipment drops work is that danger level doesn't affect the chances of getting a piece with more stats, danger 9 doesn't drop more green or yellow pieces than danger 1. It does however significantly affect the value of the random stats, for example pieces from danger 1-2 dungeons usually have a measly +1 or +2 HP / MP, while those from high danger dungeons can have +40-50 or more.

virustotal flags it as malicious when I check the extracted game, has no one had any problems with the game so far and has been able to play it without any damages to the computer or any files and data on the computer so far?

hands on ass is def mod, i tried getting it in the dancer area. Most of his videos are mods but the first pic of penetration is a normal cg iirc, havent been on in awhile.

it didnt do anything to my computer and wasnt flagged but you'll also find a lot of links on this site might trigger that warning. This specific game i'll vouch for though as it didnt cause me any problems.

same, no problem on my end so far-i even downloaded it recently to rerun it for nostalgy(btw new game+ on some special hard mode is worthless-you can't run in dungeons, only outside. This is unnecessary quality of life punishment)
