that picture give like 0 clue, you got to tell us what is that scene location is in reference to to scene you do know. Ex:the scene after christmas event, or xnumber of scene before hot spring, ect
if you've met both conditions (which you have) then you need to talk to Akari to trigger the event (keep in mind that it needs to be during the day or in the evening/afternoon)

Update your game. Latest official version is 1.09a.
A new update should also come out "soon" with new post-game events.
If you do decide to update right now you won't be able to play with the english patch from OP.
