And does anybody know how to unlock Picture 3,4 and 8 of the hidden folder on the laptop?

Update your game. Latest official version is 1.09a.
A new update should also come out "soon" with new post-game events.
If you do decide to update right now you won't be able to play with the english patch from OP.
Apply the files over your game (should be 1.08 or higher).
