Looking through game code, they initially wanted to cupid to appear only at certain points of Sam's drunk-meter (or more accurate to say, Sam can see cupid only when he's wasted) but at some update decided to just toss this inner check out and just add cupid scenes at exact moments without drunkness check, so people can move with the plot

on my play he drinks only when needed.
jack is a different thing but even then no bad things besides uncle perving on her.

so far only 2 bad endings.If I`m not mistaken, if Uncle drink too much it will lead to bad ending, something near he`ll lose his mind or so on

well content plenty but sex content is minimal unless goes to bordello and spends money in there.
They have a very bad feature: if you have finished the game once you need to re-start it from the very beginning to know what they have done (because they often re-make previosly done parts of the game)
